her petals

Bloom Healing combines 13 years of experience in the Healing Arts

She is multidisciplinary, multifaceted & multidimensional. Like a flower, she has individual petals that come together to create a whole.

With deep listening, I trust that each petal unfolds as needed.  This means that no 2 sessions will be exactly the same. Weaving together different modalities, tools & practices, depending on what will best support you in the moment.

This is intuitive work.

Each petal is powerful on its own.  Combined, they work synergistically to create a whole more powerful than the sum of each part. At her centre is the intention to meet you with clarity, compassion & integrity.

To work together & empower you as you unfold from within. Unfolding is a lifetime’s journey (perhaps many) & as far as I can tell there is no state of completion to be reached.

Coming into full bloom is not about becoming perfect. It is remembering our wholeness & learning to love & accept all of ourselves—the light & the dark.

It is an honour to witness you in your unfolding.

come into bloom

“We are bleeding at the roots, because we are cut off from the earth and sun and stars.

And love is a grinning mockery, because, poor blossom, we plucked it from its stem on the tree of Life, and expected it to keep on blooming in our civilized vase on the table.”

~ Sharon Blackie, If Women Rose Rooted: A Journey to Authenticity and Belonging

vision

A world where we listen deeply, especially to Nature, meeting her with our heart in our hands.

Where Nature is held with reverence & respect—& our relationship with her is centred in reciprocity.

A world where we remember that we are all children of the Earth & the Sky—& learn how to be grounded & connected.

Where we sit with the Earth, connect to her rhythms & allow her to guide us.

Where we look (& often) at the sky & the stars in wonder.

A world where the feminine is honoured & stands in balance with the masculine.

Where we remember our interconnectedness within the Web of Life,

Where we act from the innate intelligence within every cell of our being.

Where intuition is celebrated & cultivated to empower us to look inside for the answers we seek.

A world where we each stand in our soft power & reclaim our sovereignty—a world where we support others to do the same.

A world where the wisdom of the Grandmothers & Grandfathers, all those who died to protect what is sacred, guides us.

Where cycles are honoured & tended to.

Where wombs are healed.

A world where we come home to our bodies’ wisdom.

Where we rest deeply, knowing in our bones that we are enough.

Where we relax into our wholeness & belonging within all of Creation.

Bloom’s Vision is a world where the feminine goes deep to rise up rooted

“There are women everywhere with fragments…

gather fragments…

weave and mend…

When we learn to come together we are whole.”

~ Anne Cameron, Daughters of Copper Woman

mission

Bloom Healing focuses on holistic wellbeing & feminine embodied wisdom.*

She serves anyone looking to reconnect with their inner knowing, remember their essence & reclaim their sovereignty.

Bloom grew from a vision of creating a sanctuary for those who are feeling out of touch with themselves. For times when we feel stuck, ungrounded, drained & depleted. For empaths, sensitives & those looking to unwind patterns of giving away their power, struggling with boundaries & enmeshment.  For times where we feel “off” or like we have forgotten who we are. For times when we feel disconnected from our body’s wisdom & our intuition.

This state of being is so prevalent, especially amongst women, & is considered to be “normal”. But it is not natural & it is not the full expression of our True Selves.

It is based in the Patriarchal, Colonial & Capitalist overculture that degrades both the feminine & Nature.  It is pervasive & creates a rejection of our bodies, our intuitive capacities, our cyclical natures, our sensitive receptivity & our natural ability to deeply connect with the Earth. This is true no matter our gender—for each of us carry both principles of Masculine & Feminine within. Whatever our gender we have all swallowed the lies of the predominant overculture.

Importantly, honouring the Feminine has nothing to do with degrading the Masculine. It is about coming into balance & harmonizing these polarities while understanding who we truly are is far beyond any gender labels.

Luckily Nature offers us a different model of Being that we can be truly nourished by. Inspired by Nature & the elements, Bloom was created as a space for you to soften & come home to your body’s wisdom.

To remember & recognize yourself as Nature Embodied.

Here we can begin to listen deeply & reconnect with our inner knowing. With the support of the flowers & other botanicals as vibrational medicines, we return to our True Selves.

So much of what we carry is not ours to carry.

As we shed these constrictions we allow more of our own essence to take up space. We tend to our essence by remaining sovereign- rooted in our own power while respecting & honouring others’ sovereignty.

Bloom Healing addresses the energetic imbalances within the body, mind & soul that lead to deeper states of dis-ease. Misalignments in our subtle bodies are oftentimes based upon misperceptions in our mind. Healing the body heals the mind. Healing the mind heals the body.

There is no clear divide between spirit & matter; everything exisits on a continuum. Importantly, this doesn’t mean that we whitewash uncomfortable feelings, deny our shadow & transcend into light & love.

Bloom honours the shadow aspects because loving awareness & self compassion are what alchemizes our shadows into gold. Healing is not about becoming perfect.

Healing is about accepting all of ourselves & coming back to Wholeness.

We can learn this from all of Nature — especially the flowers. Flowers have so much to offer us in regards to holding & tending to all parts of ourselves with loving-kindness & self-acceptance.

The flowers remember their connection to the darkness below them. It is a part of what feeds them & allows them to root down, rise up & bloom. Of course light is needed to grow—but everything in balance.

It requires balance to address these energetic imprints without spiritually bypassing or looking to escape the physical body. By working energetically with vibrational medicines & journeywork we don’t go “up & out” we go “down & in”. Going “in” allows ourselves to unfold from an embodied place that can importantly be integrated into our daily lives.

To Bloom means to be centered like a Plant-grounded to the Earth & connected to the Sky.

Between Earth & Sky we experience Presence & can access the ease, joy & vitality that is our birthright.

Coming into Full Bloom is not a perpetual state of expansion.

Bloom honours the life-death-life cycle & welcomes the many deaths that must take place as we evolve. She understands that these deaths create rich soil for our inevitable rebirth. To bloom means to be close to death — because it is the final step before the offering of our fruits.

When we Bloom we come into a fuller expression of who we truly are & offer our gifts to the world.

Although blooming is often thought of as an outward expression, it begins as a deeply inward process of involution. And once this process has started, it cannot help but radiate outwards, shining upon all our relationships & deepening our understanding of our inextricable connection with all of Creation.

You are more than worthy & the world is waiting for you to Bloom.

*Although Bloom focuses on the Feminine, I welcome all genders. Anyone & everyone who wants to connect with their body's wisdom & innate healing capacity can benefit from this work. Clarissa Pikola Estés speaks beautifully on this subject here. I deeply appreciate & connect with her perspective.

“If women remember that once upon a time we sang with the tongues of seals and flew with the wings of swans,

that we forged our own paths through the dark forest while creating a community of its many inhabitants, then we will rise up rooted like trees.

And if we rise up rooted, like trees...well, then women might indeed save not only ourselves, but the world.”
